Return & Refund Policy

At CELMOR, we honor a 90-day return period, which means you have up to 90 days after receiving your order to submit a return request. All purchases from CELMOR including sale items are covered under this guarantee, provided they meet the conditions listed below.

Eligibility for Returns:

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it—unused and packaged in its original box. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns where the packaging has been opened. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

How to Start a Return:

To begin your return, email us at help@trycelmor.com. Once your request is approved, we'll send you full instructions on how and where to send your return.

Returns instructions are provided by our support team upon approval of your request. Please do not send any item back without prior written approval.

Subscription Orders:

For subscription renewals and repeat orders, cancellations must be made before your payment method is charged, as our system begins preparing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Once your payment is processed and the order is in progress at our warehouse, it will not be eligible for a refund.

Bulk and Wholesale Orders:

Bulk and wholesale orders are not eligible for free returns and are subject to shipping and restocking fees.
